I’ve been paleo for four years but I have a flexible approach. Sometimes VERY flexible. But I rely heavily on blogs, podcasts and cookbooks for inspiration on how to paleo. London Paleo Kitchen was one of the first paleo blogs I started following and I was so honoured when Alicia and Arifa suggested I take it over from them in April 2015.
I am currently studying Naturopathic Nutrition and The CNM Natural Chef at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, which has opened up a whole new way of looking at the way we eat and live in this fast-paced crazy city. I’m fascinated by the way what we put in our mouth, how we think and behave, our relationships with the people around us and our daily habits affects our overall wellbeing.
On this blog I’ll be writing about my kitchen adventures, thoughts on nutrition and overall health, events I attend, articles I read and musings on food, wellbeing and life in general.
