The more observant of my readers will know that I have been writing blog posts for HEALTH Unplugged over the last six weeks. I decided to spend the months in the run up to the conference exploring the ten Paleo lifestyle principles that are often discussed amongst Paleo experts, but often ignored by the masses. It’s been quite revealing actually – I’ve learnt A LOT and come to realise how many holes there are in my Paleo lifestyle! I’m (finally) starting to feel that I’ve got the eating part under wrap and so it’s time to move on and focus on aspects such as sleep and movement.

I went to HEALTH Unplugged last year as an attendee. It was a great way to get the latest from the experts and find new people to follow. It was also hugely satisfying to be in a roomful of people who are as passionate as you about the way you eat and live.
