Hello world! I’m Tasha: on-off CrossFit enthusiast, full-time London worker, part-time student, Malaysian/British halfie and all-round food lover.
I’m so excited to be taking over one of London’s finest paleo blog. This was one of the first paleo blogs I started following four years ago, when I first became interested in paleo. Like most, I suspect I came to the blog after searching ‘how to eat paleo in London‘ — back then there really were so few options — Pret didn’t even have their little boiled egg and spinach pots!
I am currently studying naturopathic nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, which has opened up a whole new way of looking at the way we eat and live in this fast-paced crazy city. I’m fascinated by the way what we put in our mouth, how we think and behave, our relationships with the people around us and our daily habits affects our overall wellbeing.
I’ll be writing about my kitchen adventures, thoughts on nutrition and overall health, events I attend, articles I read and musings on food, wellbeing and life in general.
