2012 has been a pretty good year for us – we kicked off this blog in July and since then have had a massive number of visitors and some amazing feedback. We never expected anything like this! So thank you for all your support and comments, please keep visiting and keep on letting us know what you think of our recipes.
2013 will hopefully be just as successful: we’re not planning to make any huge changes as we’re happy as we are, so expect things to carry on as they have been. Having said that, if there’s anything you think we could do better, or you have any Paleo food dilemmas you’re struggling with then please do let us know. We’re all about making progress!
What we’ve been up to…
…Alicia ate a lot and is now getting back on track as part of her January clean up to try and wrestle things firmly back under control. Back to work and the normal routine on Monday!
…Alicia also got the best Christmas present ever (she’s easily pleased) – a tea robot! You put loose leaf tea on the inside and then it’s arms hook over the side of your mug. Amazing.
…Arifa also ate rather a lot and is determined to get back on the wagon. Wednesday was the last day of eating cake, so there is likely to be a bit of grumpiness for about a week while she gets over the sugar withdrawals but everything will be fine after that.
…We discovered Spikes and Heels, an awesome women’s fitness blog. It’s nice to get the reminder that there’s more to working out than CrossFit!
