Weekly Update – Divided We Fall!

This week we spent an unhealthy amount of time sat on our respective sofas refreshing twitter frantically to find out how our two CrossFit Central London teams were getting on at Divided We Fall. Team one were amazing and made it into second place in the final!

…Alicia had an unfortunate butter/iPad incident, due to the above twitter refreshing incident. Top tip of the week: Don’t start buttering your chicken whilst important finals are taking place!

…Alicia also has a new muscle up mantra – it’s not that she can’t do one, it’s just that she hasn’t done one yet! Attempts will resume as soon as the skin on her wrists has grown back.

…Arifa is having a busy few weeks and apologises for the lack of posting on her part.  There may be another few weeks of this but hopefully normal service will resume after that. It’s not that she doesn’t love you all anymore, and she’ll be back as soon as she can!

The Kitchn are meat themed this week, and we’re excited.

…This cauliflower recipe looks really good and is probably worth a try.
