Wholegrain Mustard Salad Dressing

Why does anyone buy salad dressing in bottles from shops??  It’s seriously easy to make your own and you can tweak the ingredients so it’s exactly how you want it.

This is a nice easy dressing that goes well with green and tomato salads.

What you need:
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
freshly squeezed juice of ½ lemon
salt and freshly ground black pepper

How to make it:
Throw all the ingredients together and combine thoroughly.  I put everything in a tupperware container and shook it up to mix it.
Taste it to see if you need any more of anything.
Pour over salad just before serving.
