There has been a lone kiwi staring at me every time I opened my fridge door for several days now. This morning I felt sorry for it and turned it into a yummy smoothie. This one is tangy and quite refreshing, perfect for such a beautiful summer day!
Throw the following into your blender or smoothie maker and blend until smooth:
I banana, in chunks
1 apple, cored and cut into chunks (I used a granny smith which added to the tanginess)
50ml coconut milk
freshly squeezed juice of ½ a lime
cup of ice cold water
