You will end up spectacularly grubby after eating these. Sticky, very tasty and good with something to dip them in!
Ingredients serves 2
10-12 chicken wings
2 tbsp mustard (sometimes not paleo. Check the ingredients first, sugar often sneaks in!)
Salt & pepper
Stick your chicken wings in a roasting tray. Squeeze the lemon juice over them and then cut up the lemon into 8 and chuck in on top. Put your mustard on top, add a bit of salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Mix so all wings are coated in oil and flavours (I recommend getting in there with your hands). Place in a 200c oven for about 30 minutes or until golden and crispy. Turn once during cooking.
