Another quick and very tasty fish dinner!
You will need:
4 Salmon fillets
2 cloves of garlic very finely chopped
1 inch piece of ginger, grated
2 red chillis, sliced
4 spring onions, sliced
Splash of tamari soy sauce, coconut aminos or Vietnamese fish sauce.
How to cook it:
Preheat your oven to 180C.
Wash the salmon fillets, pat dry with kitchen towel and place in an oven-proof dish.
Splash the tamari or coconut aminos over the fillets.
Throw the ginger, garlic, chilli and spring onions over the top of the fish.
Cover with foil and bake for about 20 minutes (they may need a bit more or less time depending how cooked you like your salmon).
