Nectarine and Apple Smoothie

Another banana-less smoothie!  We really do need to go shopping, we’re down to the last dregs of fruit and veg in our house.  This was a result of fruit still sat on my desk at the end of the week that I brought home last night.

What you need (for one person):

1 apple (I used braeburn, but any apple would probably be fine), core removed and roughly chopped

I nectarine, roughly chopped (obviously not the stone!)

freshly squeezed juice of half a lemon

20g creamed coconut

Pinch of cinnamon

Glass of ice cold water

I also added Linwoods organic shelled hemp, but you can leave this out or add any other protein powder of your choice.

How to make it:

Throw all the ingredients into your blender or smoothie maker and whizz until smooth.
