Chocolate Brownies

These are very awesome when you are craving a real treat.  The dates make them very sweet and the coconut milk gives them a lovely moist texture.

What you need:
100g pecans
130g brazil nuts
170g pitted dates
50g desiccated coconut
200ml coconut milk
3 tbsp cocoa powder
2tbsp almond or coconut oil
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda

How to make them:
Preheat your oven to 180C.
Put the pecans, brazil nuts and dates into your food processor and grind very finely.
Add the desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, baking soda, oil, eggs and coconut milk and mix together thoroughly.  The mixture will have a thick gloopy consistency.
Pour into an oiled baking tray and bake for about 15 minutes.
