All my smoothies tend to have banana in them, so this was a bit of a departure for me and I wasn’t sure how it would turn out.
What you need (this makes enough for one person):
50g frozen blueberries
1 Peach (or Nectarine if you prefer)
1 tbsp ground almonds
1 cup water
I also added 30g of Linwoods organic shelled hemp, but you could leave this out or substitute another protein powder.
Throw everything into your blender or smoothie maker and whizz until smooth.
